Our General and UK Shipping: Very Important

Why isn't all of our shipping free under £60?

This is because we only use 'signed for services'. Why?

From experience and competitor research, packages can get lost and damaged with cheaper shipping options.

We us both Royal Mail and UPS to ship our products to you.
Each company has different procedures, which we have outlined below.

Overseas Delivery (non UK)

Postage is calculated via the 'shopping cart' process and dependent on the country location.

Please note that some countries may levy importation charges on goods supplied. Any such charges are the sole responsibility of the consignee.

On arrival, any package must be opened and the items checked before physically signed for. If there is any evidence the package has been tampered with, do not sign for it. Orders within EU will only be sent to a home address. Delivery time varies on your countries postal service, usually 7-10 working days from date of dispatch.


Your Order

    1. You will always receive an e-mail to say that we have received the order and that we are processing.

    2. We'll always send a second e-mail informing you that the goods are on their way.

    3. Important! Once we've e-mailed you and told you that we've sent the goods, they should be with you within 48hrs (often 24 hrs) of you receiving the e-mail. If you haven't received the goods, you should look for evidence that the courier has tried to deliver. They will leave a card.

Shipping - Details

Royal Mail will attempt delivery once.

    1. If you are not available to sign for the delivery when they try to deliver they will leave a card

    2. You will need to take this card along with proof of address and ID to your local sorting office (details will be on the card). You will have 2 weeks to collect the package from the sorting office.

UPS will attempt delivery three times..

    1. If they can't deliver the first time they will leave a card with the telephone number 0845 161 0001 (or similar) for you to call.

    2. If you don't call them to arrange a convenient re-delivery, they will try again the following day.

    3. The last and final attempt will be made on the 3rd day.After the third delivery attempt, UPS will deliver the goods to us.

We reserve the right to charge £7.00 plus the cost of re posting if you don't call UPS on 0845 161 0001 (or similar) to arrange a mutually convenient delivery time (we are auto charged by them for returning the goods to our offices).

Shipping to an address other than your home address

We are happy to ship to an alternative delivery address. However, in these instances we will not accept liability for loss or misplacement of the goods. Once the goods have been signed for by the customers representative or any other third party we will discharge our liability.

Again VERY IMPORTANT If you suspect that you may not be in to accept your delivery, please choose an alternative address where the order can be signed for by your representative. If our courier cannot make the delivery on the second attempt they will take the item/s back to their depot where they will be held for 5 days if not collected. They will then send the item back to our premises, charging a return fee.

In the event of a problem (you thought you'd be in at the time of order and now you can't) just let us know, we'll be more than happy to redirect the package. The cost of this service is £7.00 GBP. UK only.
