Making A Purchase
Making a purchase is very easy. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into your shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

If you are a little uneasy with card details over the internet, don't worry. Just send us an e-mail with your contact details and let us know the best time to call.

Please make sure you never send credit card information via e-mail.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa and Mastercard, however due to higher processing fees, American Express Cards will be subject to an additional 3% on the invoice total. You may send your credit card information via phone, post or via the website.

When a confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. When we indicate acceptance of your order a contract will exist between you and DailyGrooming Ltd and we then send, or e-mail, you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

You confirm that all purchases made are only for retail use.
Shipping And Handling Our Delivery Promise

We make every effort to keep our delivery promise, however we can't guarantee the actual time of day that the order will arrive. In any event, Dailygrooming will not be liable for any losses, expenses, costs or damages incurred as a result of products not arriving on the delivery date. However, if deliery of the product is urgent, we'll be happy to quote you and arrange a timed delivery. Just give us a call.

** Please note UK only: Sometimes (out of the kindness of our hearts and not charging extra) we'll use a premium service like City Link (it's often more reliable than the Royal Mail)**

VERY IMPORTANT If you suspect that you may not be in to accept your delivery, please choose an alternative address where the order can be signed for by your representative.

If City Link cannot make the delivery on the second attempt they will take the item/s back to their depot where they will sit (lonely and cold) for 2 days if not collected. They will then send the item back to our premises, charging £6.50 for the privilege.

By ticking the check box to say you have read our terms and conditions you accept that if you aren't in and you don't call City Link to arrange redelivery, you accept the cost of redelivery. That being £6.50 return to our offices £2.00 repackaging and £5.50 for reshipping. A total of £14.00.

Please note, we really don't want to have to impose these charges, so please watch out for your order or card saying that a delivery attempt has been made.

When we ship your order we will send you an e-mail to notify you of shipment. After you've received this e-mail your item should take no longer than 2 working days to arrive

Delivery to an address other than the one registered to your credit card:

We are happy to ship to an alternative delivery address. However, in these instances we will not accept liability for loss or misplacement of the goods. Once the goods have been signed for by the customers representative or any other third party we will discharge our liability.

We use a very reputable national courier service and the Royal Mail to deliver your goods, signatures are obtained and in some cases a photograph is recorded of the delivery address.

When an item is delivered to an address (other the one registered to the card used to make the purchase) or place of work, we will not be held responsible if 1) the goods are signed for by an untrustworthy individual, 2) the goods get lost, or 3) the signature cannot be identified.

Please help us to eliminate fraud and meet your delivery expectations by having goods delivered to your home address if you cannot be certain a valid signature will be obtained, or there is any chance that any goods will not be passed to you directly.

By ticking the box in our checkout, you are agreeing to our delivery terms and conditions and that Dailygrooming Ltd will not be liable for any chargebacks or refunds as a consequence of lost or stolen goods delivered to an address specified to us at the time of order.

Again VERY IMPORTANT If you suspect that you may not be in to accept your delivery, please choose an alternative address where the order can be signed for by your representative. In the event of a problem (you thought you'd be in at the time of order and now you can't) just let us know, we'll be more than happy to redirect the package. The cost of this service is £7.00 GBP. UK only.

If you wish to have your goods signed for by a representative, please be aware that it is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure the goods are signed for by an honest or trustworthy individual at the alternative address you provide. Please take care in ordering your products if you choose this option.

For European orders, we ship 'International signed for'. On arrival, any package must be opened and the items checked before it is signed for. If there is any evidence the package has been tampered with, do not sign for it. Orders for EU will only be sent to a home address. Delivery times vary depending on your country's postal service, but normally takes between 7-10 working days from the date of dispatch.


Overseas Delivery

Europe
If your items are over 2kg there will be an additional charge of £5.00 per kilo thereafter. We will include a separate receipt for this in your shipment.

Rest of the World
If your items are over 2kg there will be an additional charge of £10.00 per kilo thereafter. Again, we will include a separate receipt for this in your shipment.

Please note that some countries may levy importation charges on goods supplied. Any such charges are the sole responsibility of the consignee.

Currency Conversion Rates

Due to fluctuating interest rates, currency conversion displayed on the Dailygrooming website can only be used as a guide. Any purchase will always be charged for in British £'s. For up to date details of exchange rates, please refer to a currency conversion website, such as xe.com before you make your purchase.
Delivery Schedule We dispatch UK products within 5 working days, although in many cases we deliver a lot sooner. In the event a product is not available or the delivery date being outside of 5 working days, we will contact and advise you on the next working day following your original order.

IMPORTANT (UK Only)

Many of our parcels are delivered by City Link. City Link will only attempt delivery twice.

1. If they can't deliver the first time they will leave a card with the telephone number 0121 506 3743 (or similar) for you to call. A date stamped photograph of the place of delivery is taken on this attempt.

2. If you don't call them to arrange a convenient re-delivery, they will try again the following day, again recording a photograph of the date and time of the attempted delivery.

3. After the second delivery, they will retain your goods at their depot, where you will be able to collect within 5 days from the date of the first delivery. Depending on your location, this may cause inconvenience.

Please act quickly to minimise inconvenience and additional cost. We reserve the right to charge £6.50 plus the cost of re posting if you don't call City Link to arrange a mutually convenient delivery time (we are auto charged by them for returning the goods to our offices).

Please make sure you call City Link on 0121 506 3743 who will only be too happy to arrange a delivery at a mutually convenient time.

If you are outside the UK, please allow up to 7-10 working days for delivery.

Cancellation of an order that has been correctly dispatched will incur a £15.00 handling charge plus postage and packing.

If your order is urgent we can offer next day delivery, Please let us know when placing the order.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you'd rather not wait.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is included. All other orders are VAT free.
Credit Card Security When an order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. Details are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. We do not keep any credit card details.

Any personal information provided by you is stored on a secure database. This personal information is not used outside of our organisation. The only time we will disclose any information is when we are required to do so by law.
As a customer, you also have a duty to protect any personal information that you send to us. Any usernames and passwords should not be shared with any other parties.

Dailygrooming will never make unsolicited phone calls or ask you for any username or password information. On occasion we may send you details on special offers and promotions. You can, at any time drop us a line asking us not to send you any unsolicited e-mail, other than confirmation of your order.

Dailygrooming will take all reasonable and practical steps to protect your personal information. However we cannot insure against, or guarantee, that misuse or alteration of information transmitted over the internet will not occur, nor can we be held liable for loss or damage arising from any data transmitted.
Guarantee We only sell quality products. We do not buy bulk, surplus stock items that have been sitting around in a warehouse. Products of this type are likely to be unstable due to changes in climatic conditions. Selling these products could lead to customer dissatisfaction and disappointment, especially if the product has been bought as a gift.

Having to send faulty products back is both costly and inefficient, all of our products are dispatched directly to us from the manufacturer. Only by buying from the source can we guarantee a reasonable shelf life.

We will happily refund faulty items within 14 days of purchase. Postage is excluded. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

General Terms

All terms and conditions on this website are governed by UK Law, and where applicable, any European legislation that applies in the UK. In the event of a dispute we will only accept decisions made by courts residing in England and Wales. Where new legislation comes into force, your statutory rights will not affected by anything within our terms and conditions. Any statutory rights take precedence over our terms and conditions.

Dailygrooming will not be liable for any breach of our agreement if any delay or failure to supply is due to an act of God, civil commotion, storm, flood, or any other cause beyond our reasonable control. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Privacy Policy Daily Grooming Ltd do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

We are happy to accept returns sent via the Royal Mail Special Delivery Service. Returns sent via this method must be supported via a valid tracking reference number.
