Orders over £50.00 are shipped free of delivery cost.
For orders under £50.00 we charge £4.95


We us both Royal Mail and City Link to ship our products to you.
Each company has different procedures, which we have outlined below.
Our Shipping

Your Order


  1. You will always receive an e-mail to say that we have received the order and that we are processing.


  2. We'll always send a second e-mail informing you that the goods are on their way.


  3. Important! Once we've e-mailed you and told you that we've sent the goods, they should be with you within 48hrs (often 24 hrs) of you receiving the e-mail. If you haven't received the goods, you should look for evidence that the courier has tried to deliver. They will leave a card.

Royal Mail will attempt delivery once.

  1. If you are not available to sign for the delivery when they try to deliver they will leave a card



  2. You will need to take this card along with proof of address and ID to your local sorting office (details will be on the card). You will have 2 weeks to collect the package from the sorting office.



Please act quickly to minimise inconvenience and additional cost.



City Link will only attempt delivery twice.

  1. If they can't deliver the first time they will leave a card with the telephone number 0121 506 3743 (or similar) for you to call. A date stamped photograph of the place of delivery is taken on this attempt.



  2. If you don't call them to arrange a convenient re-delivery, they will try again the following day, again recording a photograph of the date and time of the attempted delivery.



  3. After the second delivery, they will retain your goods at their depot, where you will be able to collect within 5 days from the date of the second delivery.

We reserve the right to charge £6.50 plus the cost of re posting if you don't call City Link to arrange a mutually convenient delivery time (we are auto charged by them for returning the goods to our offices).

Shipping to an address other than your home address

We are happy to ship to an alternative delivery address. However, in these instances we will not accept liability for loss or misplacement of the goods. Once the goods have been signed for by the customers representative or any other third party we will discharge our liability.

Again VERY IMPORTANT If you suspect that you may not be in to accept your delivery, please choose an alternative address where the order can be signed for by your representative. If our courier cannot make the delivery on the second attempt they will take the item/s back to their depot where they will be held for 5 days if not collected. They will then send the item back to our premises, charging a return fee.

In the event of a problem (you thought you'd be in at the time of order and now you can't) just let us know, we'll be more than happy to redirect the package. The cost of this service is £7.00 GBP. UK only.

If you wish to have your goods signed for by a representative, please be aware that it is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure the goods are signed for by an honest or trustworthy individual at the alternative address you provide. Please take care in ordering your products if you choose this option.

Overseas Delivery

Please note that some countries may levy importation charges on goods supplied. Any such charges are the sole responsibility of the consignee.

For European orders, we ship 'International signed for'. On arrival, any package must be opened and the items checked before it is signed for. If there is any evidence the package has been tampered with, do not sign for it. Orders for EU will only be sent to a home address. Delivery time varies on your countries postal service, usually 7-10 working days from date of dispatch.
